Juliana Chen is probably one of my faves

I've known Juliana Chen for years met her when I lived in Vancouver, and she has always been nothing but exceptionally nice to me, but watch out because I'm hard pressed to find to many people as competitive as she is. Probably what makes her fantastic at what she does, whatever she sets her mind too.

i walked the length of bond street and even asked on of the people who own one of the shops and sadly its gone which i cant understand considering how many stage shows and cabaret bars there are yet nobody has magic on.

The pleasure beach did have Mystique and now they have Beyond Belief magic show. I always thought they should have more magic on in Blackpool.

I know maybe if they do the regeneration to being the las vegas of england then it might change but until that happens its not likely there was a magic bar at some point near central pier but when i tried phoning the number in the window to find out opening times the number was disconnected so that too had closed.

Not sure if it applies this year but for the previous couple of years there's been Showzam, a week of circus and magic at various venues around Blackpool, some big mames have appeared for that.

One of my good friends is a professional magician in South Africa, she is always busy with kids shows, does a bit of close up, and also works as part of an illusion team that got to the final of South Africa's Got Talent, and they are currently rehearsing for FISM Africa.
Oh and she's a South African National dance champion.

Some people are just too talented!

Also bear in mind that many of the 'Lovely Assistants' actually do the magic stuff leaving the performer to pout, pose and get the applause!

Oh it is absolutly a male dominated field. However that may not last when you have the likes of female magicians like Ekatrina moving through the ranks.
