This wasn't quite the intention of this thread but what the heck.....

(I see from the programme that the dates for 2014 are also sorted!)

When do tickets go on sale? Really would like to make Blackpool at least once, and best way would be just to book the tickets and worry later!

Booking forms were in the programme for this year and you can probably book online at the BMC site. If not, visit the BMC site anyway, get the e-mail address for Arthur Casson who handles registrations and see if you can book in via him. The money won’t be taken until April, or possibly later, and the tickets etc will be posted to you shortly afterwards. Having said that, they're hosting FISM this summer so they so may have a lot of their plate until that's over and done with.

I've been checking the site, and nothing changed. But just checked it, and the registration page says its coming soon. So I will just wait on for it.

Next year's convention is subtitled 'The People's Convention’ and I just noticed that the booking form has a box to fill in with your choice of which artiste you'd like to see. If anyone would like to see the form, I can probably scan and email it as a PDF, it’s two sided so you’d need to print out as appropriate. PM me with email addresses to be used if anyone would like to see the form.

How about uploading it, as an attachment, old Master - save your weary hands from multiple emails?

I have good news and bad news.

The bad news is that the scanner refuses to behave - bear with me and I'll post attachments asap, probably tomorrow all being well.

Having given the scanner a darned good thrashing and shown it who's the boss.....

The resolution may not be good enough to actually use so if anyone needs a better copy, PM me an email address and I'll send the files on to you asap.

Departure from previous arrangements, instead of receiving the show tickets, registration badge as last year, this time I got a letter from Arthur Casson which needs to be presented at Registration when tickets & badges will be handed over. Only 6 months to go.........

Hmmm... I went this year on the Saturday only and have booked the whole thing for 2013. We are unlikely to make it until later on the Friday evening. I'm guessing that if anything is on the Friday evening after the registration desk closes we will miss out without passes or tickets? Has anyone any experience of arriving after the reg desk closes?

I've not had anything through yet but the card payment has been taken. I guess the letter is on its way.
