Hi,

I have been practicing the EC for a week now and I am getting very frustrated with it.

Its the second stage that is catching me out.

Anyone got some tips to make it a bit easier?

Taylor there's a thread here that would probably help you out.

Oh and I've just realised that I've answered two of your posts this morning where you could have searched for the answer yourself!

Before posting, give the 'search' button a click and type a key-word or two and you'll find all the information you want, a whole load more that you need but didn't think of, and also many, many avenues to explore.

Oh, and it saves me doing the search for you...
