Various Coins

Postby AA 14 » Mar 12th, '12, 16:22

Hi Guys
I am currently working my way through Bobos book as i learn coin magic.

I was wondering if any magic dealers sell a collection of various size coins? I know it can all be done with English money but some sleights work better with certain size coins, plus different coins look more attractive.

Failing this, is it possible to get a collection of American coins anywhere? {without going to USA :wink: }

Thanks guys

Hi there. You will probably find that most dealers sell all types of coins. Gaff/Palming/Trick coins etc. Try this site www.magicshop.co.uk

Is magic really real ??

I didn't mean gaffed/trick coins, just a selection of coins such as half dollar, old English penny etc

One of the best places for interesting coins is on ebay. I wanted some victorian pennies of a certain date and got them from ebay for less than half the price that the magic shops wanted.
