You have to cut the entire world population of magicians down to ten people, including yourself - who do you choose?
You can pick friends, famous people or a mix.

The question is world population of Magicians not the entire world populations. I'd cut it down to 5 and you haven't heard of any of them so no point listing them.

Yes I know that was the question and my list would not be 'magicians' as such.

I'd get rid of everybody who has any knowledge of how magic works and then pass on my knowledge through my children and their children and so on so they'd be revered as gods (providing they aren't burnt at the stake!).

Its good to have realistic ambitions.
