Trying to put a little routine together with the above effects. does any body know any more effects along the lines to the above that are worth getting?

What exactly is the routine that you're trying to create?

One thing that I'd always recomend and something that I've been trying to do a lot myself recently is, instead of going out any buying new tricks, have a look through what you've got and see if you can think up ways to make them fit what you're trying to achieve.

I'm a bit perplexed about how Cartomancy is in any way like Til Death Us Do Part and White Star. I have assumed that the first trick is the Alakazam one with a scratchcard; it's the sort of name that might be used for more than one effect, so maybe I am wrong.

Til Death Us Do Part and White Star are more along the lines of bizarre, or storytelling, magic. The creator of those two pieces has another one called The Fallen, but if you are keen on tricks with a strong back story, check out bizarre magic resources. There are a few people on this forum who have written things on this subject (try Lord Freddie and Stephen Ward for starters).

By the way, is it just me who is annoyed at the missing "l" in "Til"? It's either "until" or "till".

Your right mate cartomancy isnt in anyway like the other two but i really enjoy these 3 tricks. IM trying to find something else (if need be a couple of things) that will slightly stray away from whitestar and til (or till) death do us part that can then lead into cartomancy.I have the fallen and is a very good effect. Im just not comfortable with having the crib on the back of the card box that has "the fallen" writen all over the sides of it.

Thanks for the advice lady of mystery. It is what i would rather do but unfortunately i cant seem to find anything from my stock that i can use.

Still not very clear on exactly what your hoping to create, but as has been suggested you might want to look at some more bizarre magic. Freddie and Stephen are good options
