Hi Guys

My girlfriend is taking me down to Manchester on Friday for my birthday and we are going to visit the illusions bar. Whats everyones experience of it? Looks like a nice place.

Also is there any good magic shops down that way.

I believe it no longer exists in Manchester, only in Bristol.

As manager of Illusions Manchester I will be most surprised by your visit as we have been closed for months
The bar was a busy, roaring success, but alas the buildings lease was slipperier than a greased weasel.
Get down to Bristol & enjoy the original Illusions.
Also there are NO magic shops in Manchester, nothing, nada, zip, diddly squat.
without Illusions the only thing left to credit Manchester with is a decent magic society, and an amusing third species of big haired, orange, oompa loompa women.

There is a regular magic meet where a bunch of us of here meet up once a month for beers, pub crawls, and trickery...

Aww this sucks! We bought train tickets to go down especially to go to Illusions lol :/ the bar is still listed on some
Websites so we just assumed it was still open! If anyone needs train tickets from Edinburgh to Manchester this weekend
