That is pretty much exactly what 1CR is. Just a reaction, but a lot of fun!

A strange postal delivery.

Postby BigShot » Apr 19th, '12, 02:38

In yesterday's post I received an envelope contained in a plastic bag.
On the bag was a printed message from Royal Mail apologising for the damage.
Inside was the envelope, somewhat worse for wear, addressed to me and bearing a postmark from six months ago.

It being a while since I was on here, and having completely forgotten about the thing I was expecting in the post back then, It's taken me 12 hours to figure out what it was and who it was actually from.

Lawrence, your 1CR envelope has arrived... though I'm afraid I didn't expect it or make the connection so was unprepared to give any useful feedback (least of all a video) on the opening.
It did arrive though.

Also, as it was delivered 6 months late and "damaged" I'm not sure if I got all I should have or not.

Is that the trick?
Is 1CR the codename for some amazing illusion called "confusing letter from last year" or something? :P

Sounds like you got everything you should have...most of the rest of the recipients were equally-baffled

As has been mentioned previously in this thread, this postal experiment was a failure; I'm happy to admit this.

It does, however, work fantastically in person!

Go figure!
