transporting queens any suggestions

Postby DarylDalton » Apr 23rd, '12, 01:22

i have been doing this trick for a while now and someone passed me a bad pack of cards at college and asked me to do a trick so i did this one, yeh i messed it up in the middle with the red queens and they were also indicied on all corners of the card which made the cover practically impossible, but if you look at the whole trick would anyone be able to give me some suggestions on how to improve and positive and negative criticism would be kindly welcome!

thanks

Daryl

Positive first, you handled the effect well. You accomplished what you set out to do and the method was not obvious. All in all a well done effect.

The other hand...My comments are not reduced to this effect. But your overal handling. It seems you are very tense, like you are gripping the cards and the deck with everything you have inside of you. Each finger placed so percise, and non of it is natural. I think, and this is based on seeing one effect, that you need to find a way to relax when performing. Forget about the method if you can it should be automatic anyway. I promise if you can relax and not be so 'finicky' for lack of a better word, you will improve a hundred fold and be very satisfied with your performances. I'm sure there are others on here that are better with words than I, but will understand what I am saying and explain it better.
