Hi all,
My name is Tony and I've been in and out of magic for the last 20 year or so.
This is the first forum I have signed up for, since the cafe wont let me register because of my email is a subsidury of A.O.L and was told of this site by a friend of mine who is a magician.

The main thing I perform is close up, although my card work isn't as sharp as it could be, so I tend to stick with coins and other visual stuff like penetrations/ changes/vanishes, etc...although recently I have been looking into Illusions and Illusion design.
I'm not a Professional magician although I have done a few birthdays/ parties, and have got a corporate event to do in November at the Celtic Manor in Cardiff.

Most Saturdays I go to Russell Halls Magic Lounge in Sheffield where there are a there are a number of magicians, professional, amateur,novices and retired and where Ideas,routines and methods are discussed and tricks are shown with the likes of people like Roger Curzon, Steve Faulkner, Andy Taylor,Tom Hudson(afro Magic) and Jarred Manley, just to name a few.

So this is a little bit of who I am

Hi Tony, I've just recently moved to this part of the area about 3 months ago, and surprised to hear there is such a place so near me... I am only 13 miles from Sheffield so could you possible email me the details regarding this place? would love to investigate this place and maybe we could meet up one day. Thanks Garry .
