I'm trying to buy from penguin magic with paypal???

Hello,
I'm trying to buy 4 books from penguin magic by paypal but I'm getting this error:
Penguin Magic
Return to Penguin Magic
Error Message
Paypal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to
Return to Penguin Magic
At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Penguin Magic and try another option.
Anyone knows what the problem might be?

That seems strange.. PayPal have been accepting Romanian services since 2007.... Do you have your papal settings right?

Well I live in Italy now but it's strange tough cause I can order from other magic sites trough paypal.
