Correct name for move?

Postby fiftytwo » Jun 25th, '12, 16:15

Hi, quick query which I'm having no luck searching for: what's the common name for the deal where it's one card on the table, one to the bottom of the packet and so on?

Sadly any google search with the word "deal" in seems to get waay more hits than I can sift.

Thanks in advance!

a little bit off topic but...

There is a great trick using it in Woody Aragon's a book in english. mostly what i liked about it was his motivation for using the down under deal (i usually find that it seems out of place), but he plays a game of she loves me/ she loves me not with the cards, and the whole routine is about a love ritual.
Also there is a chapter entirely about the down under deal in the collected works of alex elmsley volume 1.
