Hi all hope this is in the right forum catagory, just been watching videos of rahat on youtube and this seems like a great fun trick/prank but how he does it baffles me does anybody no what i would need in order to do this trick?

I'm afraid this is not a site to come to looking for easy answers on how tricks are performed. If you stck around the forums the more you read the more you will learn. Failing that then google is always a good place to start.

lol, you cant tar all uses with the same brush. im still here and im not going anywhere, i didnt think it would * people of asking how to do a trick, maybe i should find my own answers but i thought this was a forum to share thoughts, ideas and to give help. i can kind of see where your coming from but give me a chance, i just think that trick is great and wanted to see if its something that is easy to learn so i could try it out this weekend.

Rich, why not try getting yourself a good book to get you started in magic? Mark Wilson's Complete Course is always a great place to start.

Having watched that vid a few times, it seems to be a very short lived prank rather than anything magical. It's not hard to figure out how to get what appears to be an electric flash from the fingers but once you've done it what do you follow it with? The reactions of the 'fast food' servers was nothing like the reactions I'd expect from our local McDonalds - at best it would be , 'yeah, right, do you want fries with that?'

Sorry to judge but normally when those kind of questions get asked, they get the idea quickly that they are secrets for a reason and never come back.
