Same here, always got very quick and excellent service. Plus you can get other cards in small batches for a very cheap price. Perhaps some people are not using their services to their best advantage!

The quality of Moo's cards is excellent, though. Dunners had some symbol cards made from incredibly thick card stock a few years ago. They were very good indeed.

Yes, they now do 600gsm stock. I am thinking about designing something that uses the cards

As someone who has had to check and create print ready proofs of hundreds of print orders for my former business, I can advise you that is unacceptable service and you had the right to demand that they print them again correctly and without charge. Unless you approve their modifications, they are selling you something you haven't asked for. They are liable for the mistake. If they thought your artwork wasn't suitable in some way, it's their responsibility to tell you why and they should ask you if you'd like to re-submit corrected artwork or ask your permission to apply their remedy.

Aye, I saw that a few days ago and remember walking home and having a laugh at the guys idea. "It took me 25 years to design this card. It doesn't matter if they hate you, your business card get's results and it shows." I don't know if he still uses that design, because I can tell you that I would look at the card and then throw it away.

Oh, I got a refund.

Whenever I get a vista print card given to me especially if it still has the freebie watermark on it? I will just not give that person a second thought for their business. It just screams lazyness and unprofessional (to me anyway) which is a shame as the person may be brilliant at what they do.

I have had some cards from VP - they are very good quality. I selected the premium range, i.e. thicker stock.

Of course if you get the free ones, it makes sense they won't be of the same quality.

No issue with VP for me at all.

I've used VP cheap stock for practising on. I would pay more if I had an actual business

So my business cards have arrived, they are actually fantastic, i'll try and get a pic up, but the quality is as good or better than most cards i've seen/been handed.

One very satisfied customer!
