Nice idea. But-somebody is gonna be making a few extra pounds on this idea.

If you're looking for a custom playing cards company, I'd recommend http://www.makeplayingcards.com which I've used many times mainly because of the ease of creating my decks the way I want them and good CS when I've needed them.
