I recommend Royal Road to Card Magic, Bobo's Modern Coin Magic, Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic and possibly Tarbell. I also recommend spending the money you just saved on having some young lovely give you a relaxing head massage whilst you sip champagne and pat yourself on the back for your cleverness.

Agreed. Whilst all those items may be good, the total cost is many times more than the books referred to which will give a hundred times more magic.
