Sorry mate, this effect is totally 100% gimmick free. Every part of the body (besides the right hand) can be examined before and after the performance.

dont know how its done, but my guess is there is alot of mechanical engineering and possibly a 300 pound bold man named pete pulling on some sort of off stage pulley system linked up to an animatronic dinosaur controlled by al goshman himself, whilst being overlooked by tommy wonders budgie!! other than that, i have no idea.

I'm sorry but we don't allow exposure here and you have just busted the method even before its release date!

We take this sort of thing very seriously here and if you must know, Pete pulled a muscle during the filming of this promo.
