So this topic has been done to death throughout my searches, but i was wondering if i buy some puncture repair kits, will they damage currency?

The stuff in puncture repair kits isn't rubber cement, it is rubber solution- it denatures the rubber of the inner tube and the patch slightly so that when you press and hold them together they bond.

But it will bond paper....won't it?

It causes the rubber to become sticky, the solution itself isn't sticky.
