New MASSIVE project - more iCandy

Postby Lee Smith » Nov 26th, '12, 22:59

Just a heads up guys.

I have been working on a mammoth new project with RSVP magic. Russ Stevens said it is RSVP's biggest project to date.

It is a massive collection of magic and sleights hosted by myself and Gary Jones. And it also features other magicians such as James Brown, Arnel Renegado, TM's very Mike Stoner and mores. It will have routines aimed at all skill levels and has a tool box section teaching many of mine and Gary's favorite sleights and then some routines using them.

I will start another thread when the trailer is going live. Just wanted to let you all all know. We have been filming this for months.

Thanks for your continued support.

Lee.

P.s here is what Russ posted on facebook
After six months of filming, it's nearly finished.

"More iCandy" with Lee Smith and Gary Jones is nearly finally ready. Featuring some incredible magic from Arnel Renegado, James Brown, Mike Stoner and Brendan Rodrigues, this promises to be one of our biggest and most successful projects to date. There are several pieces on here that could be released as single trick projects.

Great value. Great Performers. Great Magic! Trailer coming soon...

A lot of this was filmed at the last London Magic Meet, there's so much great stuff on this DVD set and you can never go wrong with Lee and Gary! Trailer will be up (very) soon. :D

Ooh, now that IS exciting news. We loved iCandy and this is sounding like another winner.

Out in time for Christmas? Or Blackpool?

Hi isb,

It will be an Xmas release. And will be very different from iCandy (really pleased you like that project)

There are so many sleights and other routines on here. Mike has a brilliant routine and James Brown also has some fantastic workers on there. There are some one off effects as well and all this is on the same project. We have some updated versions of peoples favorites as well that have been stream lined and re worked. Gary has some amazing material on here some of which I have added to my act since seeing them.

The project is shot in super high quality. Trailer will be live very soon. We are just waiting for the art work.

Do we get to see Brendan and his crystal balls?

I'll assume he's on with some coin tricks?

Looking forward to it; will certainly be on the purchase list

I think Brendan just has some rubber band material on there and a cool flourish with them. Russ told me about his contact juggling. I hear he is really good.

His one ball isolation stuff is top notch!
We were having a chat about contact juggling at Blackpool this year as we have very different styles; he's a behind a bar man, I'm a dancefloor man.
