A few days ago, youtube shoved this at me in it's suggested viewing:

Now as far as I can tell, that's just an advert for Tango's chinese coins, but I really like that routine with the penetration off the ribbon one at a time like that. Anyone knows where I might be able to read up (or watch up I guess) on routines along those lines?

Edit: There are a bunch of related routines in print as well. CCC was based on a routine in Apocalypse (and I forget which, but Google will help). Lance Pierce has a nice alteration of the routine in his book/lecture notes Elements.
