Having a bad card day!

So today I thought I'll use my secret santa pressie and start practicing card magic again. But to say I'm a *insert expletive here* fumbler today is an understatement.
Anyone else have 'bad card days'?

Definately, im not sure how professionals manage it as if im having a bad day, all my sleights go to pieces.

What makes it more frustrating is that it seems I am having to re-learn stuff I thought was ingrained in memory 
Bizarrely, anything requiring the MCF for example is still easy to achieve, but a weave? an undercull? man, someone turn my water into wine pls!?!
