Fantastic DL and I will have to take a closer look at that myself. Do you ever use a different DL or is this the one you always use?

Thanks so much, Alec. I'm glad you like the technique. While there are a few times a routine may demand a different double turnover for some reason or another, the one in the video is the one I use nearly all the time.
