Ha ha, I can't believe it took me so long to realise this. I thought I'd share it in case there are others out there who are still to be enlightened:

In RRTCM, at the end of Chapter 15 there's a trick called Ewephindit which involves 'a spectator locating his own card without knowing how he did it'. I realised yesterday that 'Ewephindit' is meant to be pronounced 'You find it'. Suddenly it all becomes clear.
