I am looking for a good source to learn this sleight . Any suggestions would be welcome.

When you say Shape Shifter sleight I assume you mean the trick where you flick a card and it changes to another. If this is the case then a simple bit of research online, in numerous books or dvds on basic card magic should show you the way. From your recent posts your card magic seems lacking in sleight of hand and knowledge and therefore I would suggest if this is the case get a book on card sleights and techniques and practice. In magic, card and object manipulation inpaticular, if your not willing to spend the time or have the time to practice and study it don't bother trying because thats the only way you'll get good at it.
To sum up, you seem to be wanting to be presented with the methods at your lap with the most simple execution and ease, but even these need just as much practice otherwise its the same as any trick not practiced regardless the difficulty you get eager, show a spectator, muck it up and look foolish. If my analasyis is mistaken then I apologise but it's the view im getting.

I can't really help with locating a source to teach this move. But I beg you to be honest with yourself. I've met one magician who actually makes Shape Shifter look good. Everybody else has been fooling themselves. To me it almost always looks like one is just turning a card over really fast.

I think the move is great and get good reactions when I use it. But my preferred method and much better in my opinion is the twirl change.

I'd agree that the twirl change is a much subtler move; if memory serves correctly, this colour change is taught on Sankey's Snowstorm.

The shape shifter move happens in a small area, and has no bigger movement to hide the smaller. I think that renders it more detectable if you don't master the technique perfectly. The swirl change happens in a larger movement. I think it is slightly less magical than a perfectly executed shape-shifter, but is easier to do.
Also, for me anyway, SS works best with newer cards, whereas the SC works just as well with a used deck.

I teach it in detail on the Step System. It can be done on a small space if done correctly.

Also see the 'One-for-One' change in 'Experts Portfolio No. 1' (Jack Carpenter), which starts with one card and ends with one (different) card.
