The Effect

The pack you get allows you to perform three main effects.

1. A card is picked by the spectator, put back in the deck etc.. The spectator takes an invisible gun and fires it at the card. When the card is taken from the deck it has three holes in it.

2. A card is selected, put back in etc. The deck is put in a paper bag with a small foam hand. The cards are taken out and the hand is stuck to the choosen card.

3. Same as 2 except a large paperclip is used.

The pack you get contains a deck of cards (Royal) and everything needed to perform the effects.

Cost

£8.00 from Eddie Burke http://www.mreenterprises.co.uk

Difficulty
(1=easy to do, 2=No sleights, but not so easy, 3=Some sleights used,
4=Advanced sleights used, 5=Suitable for experienced magicians only)

Review

I thought it was quite fun. It is quite simple to do and at a good price. It may not be a big flash effect but may be good for the hobbist to use.

Overall

8/10

actually, this sort of effect always goes down very well when table hopping.

I always think It's nice to add something like this to add a little light entertainment. Let's face it effects like the magicians insurance policy may get a lot of criticism, but audiences love them...

I have used it (all three versions), actually you can do the tricks with children as well (except say it is an invisible cap gun)

Eddie Burke seems to sell a lot, judging by the size of his catalogue.

Does anyone especially like a particular effect of his ?!

Piers.
