book suggestion

Postby bidbid » May 9th, '13, 20:21

I have a wallet with a peek but I don't know any trick using it since I'm not into mentalism, can you suggest some nice books or even videos to learn how to use it well? (even if the effects were created for other peek methods, the important thing is that I can use the wallet to perform them)

Thanks in advance :)

I can't help with any books that deal specifically with wallets as I don't use them but why not put your thinking cap on and see what you can come up with. There are probably plenty of things that you could use this for, just off the top of my head you could do a drawing duplication, reveal the name of someone's first kiss or with the aid of a certain Indian guru you could do a lottery prediction (if the design of your wallet makes that possible).

Perhaps my thinking is backwards buuut just because you have a wallet with a peak doesn't mean you have to use a wallet with a peak.

Really you shouldn't be (at least in my not so humble opinion) performing effects for the method. You should be learning the method for tricks you want to perform.

In other words find effects you really like and learn to perform them. IF the effect requires a peak and the wallet makes sense then go ahead with it. Otherwise put the wallet down and walk away slowly.
