Yes also like very big pink birds also.

My sister in law once offered to let me spend an evening with a leggy blonde - turned out she wanted me to look after her Golden Retriever.... :(

I've played guitar for over twenty years now. I play in three bands, one punk, one psychobilly, and one 'rock' covers band, without which there is no way I could have got through university as they provided a much needed income.

As long as you enjoy learning you'll be fine, its when players are faced with the wall of difficulty when they first attempt to play that they quit. Just go as slow as you need and enjoy the sound of it, even simple open chords can sound glorious, just because you're not Eddie Van Halen doesn't mean you can't make pleasing sounds.

I've always found my playing helps my dexterity with cards, and rarely found my callouses to be a problem. Stick with it, you'll be fine.

Once you get a hand full of open chords down, this site is fun :-)

http://www.guitaretab.com

The other thing that I find useful is an electric tuner. (Although its certainly good to BH e able to tune it by ear...)
