Ok so now I have dozens of these downloaded files on my laptop. Problem is when I print them out. How do you lot bind them together?

Go and see a printer, they'll be able to spiral bind them for you.

You can read most pdf files on a 7" tablet (I have a Nexus 7). A 10" one would be better but will be heavier, of course. I also have a 5" Sony Reader which accepts pdf reflow; but not all pdfs work well with that, and some of them come out too small to be readable.

If you are going to be making a lot of books/booklets you might consider investing in a cerlox binder (comb binder). If not, a local printer can punch the paper for you, and insert the pages into the binder.

If you don't know what this is, do a search for CERLOX.

You can also buy A4 folders with plastic inserts already in them for CVs or certificates so you could have one for each booklet.
