"Bill Change"

Postby neil_the_newbie » Jul 16th, '13, 21:07

Excuse my ignorance on this but...

Whilst surfing Her Majesty's Internet the other day I came across a bill change (i think thats what its called!) Where an English note was held in both hands and then folded up and then unfolded into a different note. Again excuse my ignorance but could any of you chaps point me in the right direction to learn the effect (book or dvd). I can't find the video that i saw it in.

Many thanks...

Sounds like the classic "Bill Switch".

By far the best resource for this (and a great book) is "Switch" by John Lovick.

Thank you! That looks like a great book. I found a video review of the book here:

I can't watch the video on my phone but yes, its a great book. At around £35 it may seem expensive but it really is worth every penny. In fact what's contained within its pages is worth far more than the asking price in my opinion.

If you're at all interested in this effect I highly recommend it. It can also help elevate your general tt handling as well - there are sections devoted to this.
