I have a dark wizard pk ring and the tarnish black is coming off the pk ring can I touch this up with out losing the magnetism and also can I stop it from tarnishing eg lacker it to keep it shiny I so how can I do this?

I'm not familiar with it, but my immediate thought is "nail polish?"

Though I guess that might not be a good idea...

Contact the supplier, I believe there was some sort of free exchange programme for such problems - although that's from several years ago and may not sill apply. No harm in asking!
