How about hitting the 'Report abuse' button to make a complaint and suggest the review be removed on the basis that he hasn't reviewed anything, just posted a revenge rant?

I thought of that but it occurs to me that if I cause a bit of fuss and controversy it will help sales of the book. I have posted my own review of his review and we will see if Amazon allows it. And I am causing a fuss elsewhere. We shall see how it pans out.

Not sure if it's on Kindle, but you should look at getting The New Encyclopedia of Stage Hypnotism by Ormond McGill

Ormond McGill's book is hopelessly out of date. Not available on kindle, but go to www.mreenterprises.co.uk and buy Eddie Burke's Complete Guide to Stage and Cabaret Hypnosis. Great introduction.

I must say that I am hopelessly in love with all Ormond McGill's books on hypnosis because that is where I learned it all in the first place. And I don't think they are that out of date anyway. I was lucky enough to speak to him on the phone once very briefly and I felt I was speaking to God himself. He told me to give his regards to the famous Irish hypnosist legend Paul Goldin whom he seemed to know. And he actually mentioned Paul a couple of times in his book.

I do know that Paul Goldin thought very highly of him. He said to me, "Ormond Mc'Gill? The American guy? Oh he's good!"

But of course I am in love with my own books even more. I feel like a very distinguished author now that I actually have a proper author page on Amazon. Here it is:
http://www.amazon.com/Mark-Lewis/e/B001 ... r_dp_pel_1

Of course this is the American site. If you want to buy my hypnosis literary masterpiece then you have to go to the British site if you live in the UK. Here it is:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Introduction-to ... 062&sr=1-1

I must say that I am finding it very difficult to become a billionaire at one pound 75 or whatever it is. I am therefore going to go full pelt with other books on there over the next few months or so.

I do wish to thank fellow Kindle author Tony B for giving my book a positive review to counteract the negative one by the Kraig personage. I was puzzled as to how he was able to do that since I don't think non Canadians can post reviews on the Canadian Amazon. I suppose it must be because he is an author himself.
