E Books

Postby Relish » Jan 16th, '14, 21:36

Hi,

I've always had top class service when purchasing e-books, whether from a creator themselves or a magic dealer, and received the email in a couple of days.

I've recently bought an e book (7 days ago) and haven't yet heard.

As it's from a magician, I appreicate that they are likely to be busier than a dealer, but how long do you think would be reasonable before dropping them an email to chase them up?

I can't see any harm in contacting them now as long as you're polite about it.
I actually had the same issue, I sent an email yesterday to ask when they would be able to send it, and it turns out they had already sent it... it was filtered out as spam.

After that length of time I'd certainly be asking if they could check when it was sent and if they could re-send it. In general terms, I think perhaps 2 working days is long enough unless the supplier states that it may take longer. Paul Voodini does a lot of books and routines by PDF, he advises it may take a while to despatch as they're sent manually by a human being but I've never had to wait more than a few hours at most. TM's Instant Media is very swift, almost by return in many cases.

I'd send an email, but also look in your spam bin.
