I feel I have a respectable selection of Pick a Card Find a Card effects but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction for effects that aren't "Pick a card - Find a card" type of effects with a regular shuffled or borrowed deck. So far I have:
Cards Across, Out of This World, and 3 Card Monte. Any recommendations or resources would be welcome.

There's a whole chapter on this kind of effect in Henry Hay's "Amateur Magician's Handbook" (the title of the chapter is "give them a rest"!). It includes two classic routines that aren't in your list - Four Ace effects and Ambitious Card.
