Erm... how is everyone?

Hi! I is fine, how you ?

I've got ongoing back pains; my neck aches where I slept funny a week ago; I can't get rid of a recurring cold; an ingrowing toenail is now giving me grief; I'm still suffering with the occasional migraine; an eye infection is driving me mad; my blood pressure is still far too high; there's rheumatism in my left hand and I've now got tinnitus in my ears.

But I don't like to complain.
