I'm at the point of Card throwing where something has stumped me. I am able to throw a card a a consistant average of 20m but i can't seem to get further than that.

I am using the grip suggested in Mark Wilson's book, and have tried the "J grip" but I unable to get to get past that 20m mark anyway I try.

Has anyone got any tips to get that bit further and add that extra force?

lol... are u throwing outside or in... if out then throw inside its much much easier...

It took a while before I hit the 20m mark. But I can only achieve this distance if I wind up and really put my body behind the card, rather than just a flick off the wrist.

I usually try outside when the weather is calm. I can only used a big inside area after basketaball training.

try stiffer cards they have less drag when thrown

was practising yesterday and got 50m consistantly. better brush up on my aim now lol

I used to have bets with my friends on aiming on specific things in a room.

I can't throw cards that far, but i can hit most things like bottles etc.

For distance, don't take th ecards out the box, just chuck the whole thing.

For accuracy, take them out the box, but throw them all at once. One is bound to hit your target.



ok. Pretty flip answers, and I guess you could argue I am missing the point. I guess my point is, what's the point?
