G'day everyone just wondering if you could maybe help me out with something.

It just so happened that I've picked up this little pass move somewhere and I have no idea where it has come from. I'm not quite sure if it's an actual move that I saw once and then taught myself or a move that I have dreamed up somehow.

It's not that impressive it's just annoying me that I don't know where it had originated.

I think this is quite a common one-handed cut. I know for sure it's on Showoff with Cards as the Knuckle Cut, but this video doesn't credit properly so it may be called something else...

i have seen 2 cuts like that

one is the thumb cut

and the other is the one handed over hand shuffle but thats a little different

Its a very nice one-handed cut, but I dont think it can be classed as a Pass. To do it invisibly would be impossible, and to misdirect would be difficult. But again, its a flashy cut to be proud of!
Brad Christian of Ellusionist has a one-handed pass.......sort of.

As for the cut/pass (pass is just another name for a cut; it doesn't have to be invisible, but the common understanding is that a pass is invisible) I've seen it reffered to as a Knuckle Cut as well. It's a nice little cut and looks very nice. You've got it down quite well but do you mind me asking what sized cards do you use?

No worries, with that question.

In that clip I was using poker sized cards. Those cards in particular are a brand called AUSGOLD 211 and they are a professional grade playing card that are manufactured in Australia. I just thought it would be a nice touch to use an aussie deck, seeing that I am an aussie myself!

Thanks, I just didn't recognise the design and couldn't work out if you were using Poker sized cards or Bridge sized cards. I presumed they were Poker size, due to the opposing indices but wasn't sure. Cheers.
