It worked for me - is your monitor set too dark tenko.

craig - it was an OK change but I've seen better. The main problem is of course that you have to be seated to do it...

Sorry to be so harsh but I really don't see anything that makes this change better than, say, the ECC, which is much cleaner, much more visual, and doesn't require a cleanup after...

Vid worked fine for me to.

I think I need to say that I'm on kats side, there are better changes out there, but still, it's good to see some new stuff to ;)

Keep the work up :)

I know its not one of the best card changes but its a nice little effect.
It is hard thinking of your own effect. even though my effect is not good as the others Im still proud of it you know what I mean.

Not bad Craig

As you said, its a good variation, especially good if you're sitting around with people, probably done best as a revelation though not as a stand-alone trick

Well done

Your Invention

Postby I00I » Aug 23rd, '05, 14:00

I know what you mean when you say its hard to come up with fresh orginal material that you can call your own. I use to have that problem and only this past year did that change. I am glad you are still proud of this even if their is better versions. ( I don't think your point of posting it was to say you have the best version, but to say "hey this came from me and I'm proud of it!") I have thought of effects that where invented by someone else on numerous occassions. This card change effect is yours to be proud of, I say that cause I know how it feels to create something from scratch, and have the gratitude of seeing it come to light. Keep it up. I feel you will grow as an artist so much faster if you keep inventing instead of practicing covers!
