Revolution coin vanish... stolen?

Postby cheesey » Oct 5th, '05, 02:32

I heard this trick was stolen from Bobo's coin magic book.. is it true?

If so, how hard is that trick? I'm a novice magician so how long will it take for me to learn it?

And is there anything on the market that is better than Bobo's book?

Hi!

Lots of questions but I'll try and take them in order ;).

1. No, it's not "stolen". The very basic idea is taken from Bobo's, but it's been refined and made that much more visual. Don't think that it's not worth buying it because it's from Bobo's, because it is!

2. It's very easy. I learnt it within 15 minutes, and could do it well enough to fool my brother, who's not easy to fool.

3. Depends. Bobo's is pretty much a classic of coin magic but if you prefer DVDs I think that Michael Ammar has one out.

Yeh, I have watched a bit of Michael Ammar's DVD at my friends house, and it is excellent.

I know how Revoloution is done just by watching the demo vid for it, but I can't perform it, as I don't know how to get the actions smooth. I would recommened getting it, even though I havn't :D
