I've been toying with the idea of doing a "stopping watch" effect using my own version of the M5 system. Now Ellusionist openly admit what the M5 is prior to purchase, as it may not be suitable for everyone due to health reasons. But, keeping in with the ethics code of this site, I won't. However, I will say that I'm worried about damaging watches too. I tried it on my own watch, and it stopped and started ok but I'm not sure about trying it on other peoples.
