Levitation

Postby alice.in.pandemonium » Oct 9th, '05, 13:44

hey,

i looked for a similar post on this subject becuase i was sure there would allready be one but i couldnt find it.

Its about Levitation. I want to learn the trick. I've looked at Various Levitation secrets on the internet but they arent what im looking for.
I want to know how to perform the 'Balducci Levitation'. It requires no props or anything and both feet creat the illusion they are off the ground.

Can anyone help me? Are there any sites or do i have to buy a DVD? and if so... which DVD? Criss Angel has one i heard. Is David Blaines any good?

Message from Mods:

Firstly, please don't ask how things are done - the TM policy is to not reveal any secrets, especially those which belong to others. If you really want to know how to do these sort of things then a Google search will probably show many on-line stores/shops where you can buy the details from. Sometimes they'll be a printed booklet sent by post but other times they'll be an instant download. Secondly, if you use our Serarch function above you'll see positively acres of previous threads and discussions on these and other levitation ideas. Happy Searching!

Balducci is already a too popular technique. If you can't find it on the net, then it means you're not really searching or you're not worth for it. :D

Dear alice.in.pandemonium

Most of the satisfaction which you will ultimately get from magic is the learning, practice and final revelation to an audience (be it a crowd, or just a couple of friends).

We absolutely do not give secrets away at TalkMagic. The rights of the respective creators and their copyright are respected, ergo, this isn't an exposure forum.

However, by buying the relevant literature or DVD, the effect you seek is easily learned, and with practice you can perform the effect to the amazement of your onlookers, albeit that this particular effect has been 'done to death'.

Thanks for visiting TalkMagic. I do hope that you find what you are looking for.

I just use Balducci as a gag really. I don't give it away, I just presume they know how to do it, and if they don't then great! :D It is great when one person in a group has never even seen it performed, they are always stunned...
