Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone had any particular favourite false cuts?

Personally I like the Trinary cut by David Acker. I recently learnt the Devo False Cut aswell. I though that was very stylish. Another favourite is Gerry Griffin's Blind Swivel Cut. All superb, I've used these three many times in the Hat Trick in "Card College 1" by Robert Giobbi.

If anyone has any videos of their false cuts being done then I'd love to see them. I have a craving to learn them at the moment.

I like the "Jammin' Cut", from Showoff with Cards - quick and easy.

For a bit more flourish, many of the Illogical-esque cuts are false and quite showoffy.

Finally, the really cheeky ones are the best IMHO - have you seen the false swivel cut? (Swivel cut the cards, put the bottom packet on the table and the top one on it).

There is a false triple cut in the hands that I use occasionally. If I can get the time and motivation I might make a video of it one day!

This is a wide subject......I have seen many cuts, and then any conceivable combination of cuts as well. I have tried to make my own (first let me say I am not saying they are unique, simply made up by me, and for me......) I have taken the time to glue a deck of cards together in 5 small packets. then when I am learning/expirementin, I grap this deck, as it allows me to concentrate on the packet movements/locations, rather than the maintaining of individual cards.....I would recomend this to anyone looking to work on controlling, cutting, etc the deck, and maintianing order, etc

My favourite would be Molecule I and II.
