Forum problem

Postby mark_c1975 » Oct 18th, '05, 13:50

Just a quick question... is anyone else having difficulty seeing the member ratings above people's avatars at the moment?

Where the junior, or senior level picture should be, I'm just getting a red X as if it's a broken link.

If no one else is, then I shall go and kick my server upstairs and see if that fixes it.

Cheers,

As of 14.52 it seems only to be the vets left without markers though!

And the seniors from what I can see.

Mog, you saved my server from a good booting. I thought the rubber bands inside it might have worn out!

Have you been feeding the hamster plenty of food and water? .... also make sure his wheel is properly lubricated with some WD-40.

Yep, they've all gone again now! Maybe it was just a cache thing with them appearing for me.

The images denoting the member status are actually hosted away from the TM server but that installation isn't connecting at the moment. Fortunately the wording is still there except for the Mods so where you see just a dot, take that as Mod. We're all dotty one way or another anyway :D .

If you want, you can send me the images and I will host them on my site for you.

Thanks for the offer Kev, the problem is with the connection to TM rather than the remote server - that's working fine. There are one or two other things to be sorted as well but it might take a while so please bear with us. :D
