I think it is called "Jumping Gemini"................someone correct me if I am wrong. If that is the correct name, you will likely be able to search for it by name at least!

Yes, the effect is called Jumping Gemini - it was created by Darwin Ortiz.

It was originally in Ortiz' book "At The Card Table". It's also on his Card table dvd series (Volume 1) as well as Michael Ammar's Easy to Master Card Miracles Vol. 6

Excellent effect, one of my favorites.

I know how that trick is done, but the guy is really good, so its difficult to learn it. Actually I'm trying to learn the performance... its just pretty hard!
Moreover my english isn't so good, so I don't think I could explain that in english, but for everyone who thinks, this is a fake (video cut or something...): It's not!

It is easy to figure out, but when you see how it is done, it is done differently from how you think (Or how I used to do it anyway :D)
