I'm looking into purchasing either the Raven or the Bat. I've read the reviews in this forum, but I'm still undecided as to which to get.

I think a numbered list is probvably the best way to go:

1. Do both devices have relatively the same ease of set-up and time required to reset the device, or is one faster than the other?
2. Is the Raven limited to vanishes? Can the Bat aid with vanishes, as well?
3. Is there a significant difference between the "original" Raven and the others I've seen advertised?
4. Living in Canada, what would be a good online shop from which to purchase either item?

Best way to get all the info efficiently on TM is to type Raven (and/or Bat) into the Search function and check out the dozens of links. Basically it's a one trick pony but it does that trick very well indeed - how you use it makes a big difference to how good or otherwise it actually is.

Not sure about Canadian sources but we certainly have members from your part of the Globe and I'm sure they'll be able to advise in due course.

i agree with what some people have said here..it looks really good but then you just dont use it. I thought it was gr8 wen blainey used it but then i recieved it looked at the box and thought is that it? i think the first appearance of packaging also put me off. I use it now and again but thats like once every 4 months..lol

i dont like the setup and everyone always goes its up your sleeve..well if you dont know how it works then i'll let you find out

Please try to spell check and use proper grammar etc in your posts otherwise they're meaningless. Looking at what you posted above I think you might mean:

If so, the brake is clearly described and illustrated in the instructions and it's not hard to find things which will do the same job.
