Ok here is prayer vase with my homemade stuff...anyway very sorry for no sound and sorta poor quality..it was shot with my cell phone, therefore it can only show 15 second long videos, so i had to do it quick! so here ya go:

hmm .. i've not seen this trick before ... if it done the way i think it is then its not so difficult to figure out ... could you do it with a borrowed rope?

Yes you can do it with a borrowed rope, I got that rope off of my dad's I.D. badge for his work...btw if you want it I got it out of the Complete Guide to Magic by Mark Wilson or can just buy it for 3 bucks off www.penguinmagic.com but I wouldn't you can make one EASILY if you just think about it...

The same idea is marketed as Genie in the Bottle and is usually found in the basic kiddiewinks magic sets - the ones with the inevitable 'age divination cards' etc!

It could be introduced as part of a story, dear departed Grandmother's favourite vase (or the vase her ashes were stored in!) but rumoured to be haunted - that sort of thing.
