The Spider Pen

Postby Scruffmagic » Nov 11th, '05, 20:55

Have recently purchased one of these and thought i'd let you know what I think.

It's an excellent piece of equipment except for 1 flaw.

The thread is located inside the button you depress for switching on or off the device in the pen. This button is quite loose and will stick to your finger as you pull your hand away.
If it drops to the floor !!!! Well let's just say that's another trick ruined and £20 or so wasted.
It's also quite heavy on the batteries unless you remember to switch it off each time you do any of the effects.

Having said all that it is a vast improvement on the elastic band driven similar devices.

Anyone who enjoys the floating £10 etc should give it a try.

Thanks
David

Cheers David but this is actually the third Review of the item. Have a look at http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic4468.phpm - perhaps you could add your thoughts to that thread (no pun intended there!) ? :D
