BELLBOY Card effect

Does anyone have any idea what the basic concept/idea of the bellboy card trick is. I am considering buying one on ebay and there are no instructions or details. Just after a rough idea of what the trick does so i can decide if suitable.

Thought you were getting robbed on instructions for "sam the bellhop" for a minute. Is this what you mean here

Its called Attaboy,( inv..Jack Hughes) not bellhop. If you have the prop, the trick is self explanatory.
Its more of a collectors piece nowadays though.
