Although the SA has (so I am told) a card to wallet method, it probably isn't as good [for that] as those wallets dedicated to that function.

Just out of interest though (and this has been discussed before) Peter Marucci has a card to wallet that can be easily done with any wallet. Heck. You don't even need a wallet!

He's a member here, so pm him for more details...(or just search!)

I was just thinking about the same effect bannanafish. (like the tweeking to the avatar too)

The problem with marketed card to wallet wallets is that they are not to practical for everyday use. So unless you are using it for walkaround ect. You'd do well to try the above advice first

The Stealth Assassin can be used for card to wallet!

Also with the Stealth Assassin you are getting much more than a wallet just to perform one type of effect with.

Cheers

Card To Wallet.

:) Nathan, If you are unsure of which wallet why not buy the Jerry Mentzer 'Card To Wallet book'? It has 166 pages and deals with Gimmicked and ungimmicked wallets, + routines. He also deals with variations on the Bendix Bombshell, the Paul le Paul, the Himber and the Mullica wallets. It might help you decide and it will certainly give you much needed information on this classic effect. In the same issue Mark Leveridge has a full page on palming and non palming advantages and great advice on what to consider before you buy a wallet. My own wallet is homemade from an ordinary wallet and incorporates ideas from Roy Johnson's The Policy,( his first book, The Roy Johnson Experience, published by Goodliffe Publications..ie. where Abra mag. comes from) wherein the item is found encased in 2 , stapled, all round, together postcards. In the latest British magic mag., Magicseen (Issue 3 July 2005) there are detailed reviews, with pics, of The Bendix Bombshell, O'Connell's Designer plus & his Billfold wallets, Roy Roth's Ultimate Sealed Envelope Wallet & The Pimpernel Notecase.
