There are many already in existence but you probably need to check with the older Magic Shops like Abbotts or Tannens in the U.S.
If you have the time and are a decent craftsman you might want to play with this idea...
My mentor had a bit he did this time of year he called THE DANCING XMAS TREES. It was composed of two Pine Tree cut-outs; one with decorations and one without. These would be covered with nicely decorated sleeves that look like Xmas Presents... the handling was the same as Hippity Hop Rabbits but, the finale' was the revelation of a Snowman and of course Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
I don't think this was ever offered commercially though I do know several people he made copies for. I doubt there are more than a dozen of them out there however.
On the Other Hand... if you have a good seamstress in your life you can make an Egg Bag that looks like an Xmas Stocking and use a traditional looking ornament in place of the egg. Similarly, you can simply make a basic Change Bag that looks like a Stocking.
By using boxes that spring open and other compressable items (think production items) you could explain how Santa's bag contains so much e.g. you have a very small cloth bag that's shown empty and yet you produce numerous gift boxes, umbrellas, drink cans & bottles... you can even produce a step ladder for that matter (use your imagination)... along a similar theme, you could change the look of a Buddha or Temple Screen production to look like a Chimney and produce a load of stuff as well.
Snow Storm in China is always a good way to go as a closer to Xmas season shows.
If you explained a bit more of the kind of setting you're working with I may have some other things, but these would be more along the grand illusion level for a stage show (you can't beat producing Santa at the end of the show).
