Points:

1. You need to work on your DL technique. It looks very strained and unnatural - who would really turn over a card that way? You need to look at how you would turn over a card normally then find a version of the DL that looks like that. There should be (almost) no difference between turning over one card or two.

2. At one point you do something strange - you do a DL with a card face up on the deck. I guess that this is supposed to be a colour change but it doesn't look magical at all, it looks like you're turning over two cards. It would be a good idea to look up some visual colour changes.

Apart from that, I quite liked the other handling. It needs some practice to look more natural and less strained but apart from that it was quite nice.

Have I recommended Born to Perform yet? ;)

Try working on your swing cut as well.

One pointer. You showed the change from a King of Hearts to the ambitious card at the end. Then you showed every card, including the King of Hearts which was supposedly transformed into the ambitious card. It's actually quite a major pointer because people would work out how you did all the other climaxes also.

If you want to do that end part, fine. Pick up the ambitious card in the end and show it with maybe a flourishy move like a card spin and at the same time, give the deck a Charlier pass. Laymen will not even notice that you gave the deck a cut and you've lost the card into the middle. That way, laymen will have forgotten about the King of Hearts and will be just amazed that there is only one Joker.

If you don't want to do the Charlier pass, then just pushover two cards when spreading the cards in the end. Laymen won't know the difference.

Hope this helps.

Edit: In my newest video, I added a little convincer to my DLs and although I won't tell you how I do it, it just proves that DLs can look natural. Even the turnover of the DL. I try to make it look as natural as possible by comparing it with turning over just one card. Check out the video on this topic

but you also start your vid with a pinkie break already in place... if youd started your vid WITHOUT the break id have been impressed :P

Practice much more :D

When you do the change where you put the joker into the middle of the pack face up, and you rub the top card and it changes, try and do it more like this. It looks better :D

True lol. But when I talk about the turnover, I mean the actual turnover of the card so that it lands square and naturally.
